Licence Fee include:

• Management fees, Government rents/ rates, and tax.

• Maid cleaning service (twice a week).
• Linen change (once a week).

• Broadband connection.
• Free access to top floor in-house gym.

The following payments are payable prior to check in:

• Security deposit equivalent to 1 month rental. 2 months if agreement is beyond 6 months.
• One month of advance rental.
