Licence Fee include:

• Management fees, Government rents/ rates, and tax.
• Water and gas charges (electricity charges excluded).
• Maid cleaning service (twice a week).
• Linen change (once a week).
• Local telephone & Cable T.V.
• Broadband connection.
• Free access to top floor in-house gym.

The following payments are payable prior to check in:

• Security deposit equivalent to 1 month rental. 2 months if agreement is beyond 12 months.
• One month of advance rental.
• HK$1,000 deposit for electricity.
• HK$1,000 deposit for IDD.
